Wound Dressings
3M™ Tegaderm™ Film Wound Dressings have been tried and tested by healthcare professionals for 20 years. Both Tegaderm foam and Tegaderm hydrocolloid wound dressings benefit from a Tegaderm film backing providing protection from water, bacteria and viruses, thus reducing the risk of wound infection.
Wound Closure
3M Wound Closure Products are suitable for cuts, lacerations and surgical incisions and provide fast, effective wound closure with superior cosmetic results.
Tape and Bandages
We offer a wide range of hypoallergenic, adhesive medical tapes to help to meet your daily taping challenges; from 3M™ Micropore™ Surgical Tape for fragile skin to 3M™ Transpore™ White Surgical Tape for stronger adhesion to sweaty, damp or dry skin.
The unique Coban 2 Layer Compression System is designed for the effective treatment of venous leg ulcers and related conditions such as lower leg oedema. For compression bandaging, sprain bandaging, strains and oedema control, there is the original Coban Self-Adherent bandage, also suitable for securing dressings and devices.
Skin Integrity
Our Cavilon Skin Care product range includes 3M™ Cavilon™ No Sting Barrier Film for pain-free treatment of sore or broken skin and 3M™ Cavilon™ Durable Barrier Cream for moisturising dry skin and preventing skin breakdown. Cavilon is widely used for stoma care, continence care and wound care.
Eye Patches for Children
Opticlude orthoptic eye patches provide a comfortable solution to childhood strabismus and amblyopia. These conditions are also referred to as a squint, lazy eye or cross eye. Worn over the preferred eye, the Opticlude eye patch encourages the weaker eye to function.
Intravenous Therapy
3M™ Tegaderm™ I.V. Dressings provide simplicity of I.V. application, security of intravenous fixation and site protection, all supported by clinical evidence. Features ensure the cannula remains in place thus reducing the risk of phlebitis and patient discomfort. Our Tegaderm™ CHG Dressing is specifically developed to reduce skin flora.
